Due to CA state law, Casebycasewines.com under Big Hammer Wines™ is unable to accept returns. Casebycasewines.com specializes in private cellar acquisitions and the sale of wines commonly referred to as “gray market” wines. These wines are always sold “as-is” with a buyer-beware caveat. Although we make a best effort to identify and verify provenance, we cannot accept flawed or spoiled wine or returns for any reason for wines more than five years old.
