This case is all reds. Twelve bottles, every one rated 90 points or higher, including one 95-point Cabernet Sauvignon that retails for $95 on its own.
The other 11 are mid-priced reds — Cabernet, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Bordeaux blends — sourced from established producers in regions where the quality-to-price ratio is genuinely excellent (Mendoza, Côtes-du-Rhône, Sonoma off-vintages, second-label Bordeaux, etc.).
The selections rotate week to week as inventory shifts at the wholesale level. You’re not buying a fixed pack — you’re buying the discipline of a 90+ rating floor across 12 bottles.
Sourcing approach: We taste roughly 100 wines per week. Only the top 4 make it into a case. The 95+% rejection rate is what keeps the floor up.
